PVA Polarizing Film Stretching Sponge Rubber Roller

 

The stretching rubber roller for polarizing film adopts a structure combining a solid rubber base layer and a foamed rubber surface layer. By controlling the cell structure and density of the foamed rubber surface layer, a controllable special non-smooth surface is formed to provide long-term stable friction between the stretching roller and the PVA film. This ensures uniform and constant friction (without dynamic changes) between the stretching roller and the PVA film, resulting in stable and uniform products. It helps improve the quality stability of PVA films, adapts to production line speed increases, extends the service life of stretching rollers, and reduces replacement frequency.

Engineered from high-purity silicone and specialty rubber materials, this cleaning roller utilizes an IIR rubber base combined with a proprietary formula and precision manufacturing process. It is specifically designed for surface cleaning of polarizers, metal foils, and other sheet/plate/film/foil materials.  

 

The product features three adjustable tack levels:  

- **High tack** – Effectively removes large dust particles with strong adhesion.  

- **Medium tack** – Balances cleaning efficiency and material protection.

Lightweight Guide Rollers solve the problem of high surface insulation resistance in traditional hard aluminum oxide rollers during polarizer production, reducing hazards caused by static electricity such as film surface wrinkling and static-related damage. These guide rollers use conductive CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) tubes as the core material, with a chrome-plated outer layer, ensuring they are lightweight, highly rigid, and have excellent electrical conductivity. This design not only reduces weight and improves operational stability during production but also effectively minimizes static electricity accumulation, avoiding film surface issues caused by static electricity.
